The goal
What we found
You have a flawless 5.0 from 153 Google reviews. The page Google actually reads says zero years, zero jobs, zero proof.
What it costs: A search crawler or an AI answer engine reads a site claiming zero years, zero jobs and no customer evidence at all. It matches the scoreboard exactly: one keyword ranking in Australia, three organic visits a month, against 153 five-star reviews.
The fix: Hard-code the three counters as real text, and write 8-10 of the 153 reviews into the four highest-intent pages, about, contact, and your two emergency/commercial pages, as words rather than a script.
Two suburbs you advertise by name and link to are both dead pages
What it costs: /locations/forrestfield/ is the only page on your whole site earning any organic traffic. Two of the four suburb links sitting right next to it on the same page are broken, and a visitor clicking their own suburb from that page hits an error with no way back.
The fix: Build both pages properly, or remove the links until you do.
Five location pages are one template, and the suburb swap failed on Perth Hills itself
What it costs: Forrestfield is the one page with genuinely unique local copy, and it's the only page on the site earning traffic. That's not a coincidence, it's the whole finding.
The fix: Rewrite the other four location pages with the same level of real local detail Forrestfield already has.
Two old directory listings show 1.66 stars, with your current phone number on them
What it costs: A perfect 5.0 from 153 undercut by a scraped 1.66 that nobody has looked at in years, sitting under a phone number people can still call.
The fix: Claim or remove both listings. It's an afternoon of work.
The maths
One fix, done for you
Who we've helped: We recently helped Daniel from Nexus Electrical Co, a Perth electrician, with his Meta ad content and website landing pages. Real result: 16 leads at $41.57 cost per lead in his first campaign month.
Before you go
How did you find this without talking to us?
Everything in this audit came from public data: your website, your Google listing, and public ad libraries. Nothing came from inside your business, and if anything here is wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.
Does this cost anything?
No. This audit is free, and there's no obligation to work with us afterwards either way.
What actually happens if I get in touch?
A quick, no-pressure chat about what we found and whether it's worth fixing. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings.
Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.
I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.
If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.
If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.
Thanks,
Chris
